- Returned Merchandise: For returned merchandise to be eligible for credit, a returned merchandise order number must accompany it. Providing an invoice copy or packing slip will significantly aid our personnel in processing your credit.
- Warranty: Exact-A-Line Gaskets are crafted from high-quality vinyl extrusions and assembled to strict OEM tolerances. Exact-A-Line warrants these gaskets against failure due to defects in material or workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover gaskets subjected to misuse, negligence, accidents, improper installation, or gaskets that have been modified, altered, or repaired.
